Mel has a plan...

Mel Gibson visited a prison in Mexico's Gulf coast state of Veracruz, where officials say he is scouting locations for a new movie. Gibson told reporters outside Veracruz's Ignacio Allende prison that it is hard for him to speak in front of microphones. But the Veracruz state director of cinema said the purpose of Sunday's visit was to see locations. Prospero Rebolledo said Gibson's people are just looking for locations for a film. Gibson filmed his 2006 movie, Apocalypto, in Veracruz state.
