The Interview

My sister told me that when she went to bed the other night the news was talking about Mels interview on GMA and when she got up in the morining, the news was still talking about him. She said that between me and the news she's sick of hearing about Mel Gibson. "Get over it already and move on."
I don't think I can get over Mel, (feels like I've been a fan all my life) but I will only make this one comment.
I watched the interview more than once and he pretty much said everything I thought he would say. Though the beers he drank when he first got home kind of suprised me but I can't judge him because I've never been in that situation. (more than likely I would of ate chocolate but that's my weakness)
Mel's in a no win situation, no matter what he says some people will believe him and other will think he just acting. "He's too twitchy" commented one news reporter. Hell, every interview I've ever seen with Mel he can't sit still, that's just Mel.
Time will tell how the public really feels, but we all know that people will forget just as soon as the next big Hollywood scandal comes along.(and you know it will happen sooner or later) Mel will be just fine. Sure every now and then for the rest of his life people will bring up the "incident on July 28, 2006" it's his cross to bear after all he's human.
